Description
An immersive scent vignette that draws you in. Night Swimming goes beyond perfume notes into a multi-sensory olfactory moment. Think floating in warm water beneath a starry-night sky, surrounded by trees, damp earth and the sweet scent of water flowers. It is a study in stillness, solitude and sensation — the feel of moonlight on wet skin and a warm summer breeze moving through the forest.
The composition moves through the experience in stages. Cedarwood and earthy oakmoss establish a lush, enveloping forest before the fragrance opens into an aquatic heart of fresh green and floral notes. Blue lotus and violet leaf bring an unexpected freshness and sensuality to the composition, creating a fragrance that is both sultry and revitalizing.
Presented as an oil rather than an alcohol-based spray, the fragrance comes in dauber
and roll-on bottles to encourage a more intimate relationship with scent, allowing the
fragrance to engage with the skin and linger over time.
Design
Night Swimming is presented in one-of-a-kind, handblown vessels created by Mark
Armstrong, of Armstrong Glassworks in Wellington, Ontario Canada.
Each bottle is housed in a vintage fabric pouch and packaged in a wooden gift box, handmade in Japan. No two flacons are alike, each is signed and numbered by the artist.
We have collaborated with Canadian artist, John Lennard who created the original painting inspired by the fragrance.
