La Maison Du Bois is a new couture fragrance house rooted in experimental natural perfumery, craftsmanship and the relationship between scent, memory and experience.

Centred around small-batch creation, La Maison Du Bois explores fragrance as an artistic medium, bringing together heritage perfume techniques, avant-garde practices and whole-plant natural perfumery in collaboration with Canadian artists and craftspeople.

At its core, the house draws on the historical role of aromatic plants across cultures where they were used simultaneously in fragrance, spirituality, beauty, healing and daily life. This interconnectedness informs the house’s approach to natural perfumery, where
fragrance is not treated as a single-purpose product, but as a medium capable of carrying memory, emotion and meaning.
